Born and raised in the heartland, Vickie has brought southern flair to cuisine while utilizing Southern California's rich supply of fresh ingredients for the past 20 years. From concept to creation, her recipes have delighted thousands of catering and personal chef clients. In 1988, Vickie began her career as a full-time licensed caterer working on a variety of projects from small, intimate dinner parties to large elaborate themed events and weddings. As a certified Le Cordon Bleu Pastry Chef, she has built a name for herself and her company, Oral Fixations, around Southern California...
Now Vickie turns her interest and talents towards serving "Man's Best Friend."
